Project lead and Project manager

Project leads (or project managers) control project development and supervise a team. Specifically, they are responsible for:

• carrying out studies and preparing specifications.
• planning tasks and managing their execution.
• conducting controls and complying with specifications.

Project leads should be proactive in terms of the methods and resources to be implemented. They ensure that project costs, deadlines and quality are satisfied.
