Sophia Conseil was founded in 2005 by Vincent DAVID, its current president. Having worked in the technical and scientific consulting arena up until that point, he quickly came to see all of the limitations on the services offered by consulting firms using a traditional economic model. Thus, at the end of 2002, he came up with the idea of setting up his own consulting company and he decided to create more than just a company, but rather a model and a vision to completely revamp how consulting was done. After two years of development, his idea had taken shape. His idea? To put the company at the service of its consultants by placing them at the center of the organization to provide them with an optimal level of service.
The organization is based on five basic commitments: project selection, the ability to relocate, the freedom to join a client, continuing professional education, and attractive compensation. With these commitments as its cornerstones, Sophia Conseil came into being in early 2005.
And it’s working! After several years of doing business, the extensive resources and potential of the company’s development model is apparent. Today, Sophia Conseil offers real support to its consultants for the execution of their projects, all to improve the satisfaction of its ever-growing list of clients. The staff is at the heart of Sophia Conseil's strategy. In addition to its business plan, Sophia Conseil is above all a great industrial initiative. Eventually, the company will serve as the skill base from which complementary brands or branches will be developed.
Today, following the hiring of engineers, the company has more than 100 employees, all working to keep the Sophia Conseil model alive.
