Incubation

We coach all of our consultants who have an idea in mind for an innovative project, from inception of the idea up to its successful implementation. We help them to formalize a business plan and, once complete, if we still believe the project might eventually lead to success; we provide assistance up through the creation and success of the company. To increase the chances of success, Sophia Conseil makes all resources within the company’s platform available to the consultant as needed. These resources include the administrative, commercial, marketing, communication, financial, IT, social, and legal areas of the company. Sophia Conseil's high-standards and knowledge in regard to recruiting can also be put to use for the consultant. This coaching service serves as a catalyst for innovation.
